Robert Norton

Robert Norton was born into the heart of dental innovation as the son of two pioneering dental supply entrepreneurs. Immersed in emerging technologies from an early age, he developed a passion for digital dentistry that led him to Georgia State University and soon after to founding his own all-digital dental laboratory at just 23, right as CAD/CAM technology was transforming the field. Over the past decade, Robert has forged powerful partnerships with industry leaders such as Exocad and Medit, serving as an elite Exocad trainer and the former head of the North American Medit Service Center. Having overseen more than 50,000 cases and led accredited technology courses across the Southeastern United States, he brings an exceptional blend of real-world expertise, advanced digital design skills, and forward-thinking innovation in 3D printing and CAD/CAM workflows. As the host of The Evolution of Dental Podcast, Robert explores how innovation meets experience to shape the future of dentistry, offering practical insights, transformative techniques, and inspiring conversations that empower practitioners to thrive in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
